While many of the auctions we conduct are on site, our office features a large secure gated auction facility at the North edge of Ponca City. We originally built our auction house in 1987 and have expanded over the years to include 7500+ square feet under roof and a large chain linked fence auction yard for larger outdoor items.

Originally founded in 1981, John B Hayes Real Estate and Auction, Inc. has switched to Hayes Auction, Scott Hayes - Auctioneer and we continue to be an innovative real estate and auction firm. Over our long history, we have conducted just about every type of auction imaginable and have done so in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and Missouri. We have a long track record of successful auctions.
